Divine Intervention?Union minister Amit shah's roadshow in Mangaluru was cancelled due to security reasons is what was communicated by BJP Mangaluru district president Sudarshan Moodbidri. Koragajja is a demi-god worshipped in the coastal region of Karnataka, especially in the Puttur, Mangaluru, and Bantwal districts. It is believed that the demi-god has power to give people what they may have lost in their lives --- wealth, health, social position, and relations. The demi-god also helps in resolving marriage disputes and bringing peace to homes, people believe. Shah's roadshow was cancelled due to this, but the party did not want to make this the reason and hence claimed that it was rescheduled for another date owing to “security reasons”.
